Kinetivy designs and builds websites, custom web apps, workflow automations and interactive tools for small businesses worldwide. Each project starts with a useful task: explaining an offer, helping a customer, connecting a process or exploring a decision.
Give your business a place that feels like you and helps people take the next step. We bring messaging, design and development together around what your visitors need to understand and do.
Turn a repeated task or a promising idea into something people can actually use. We build focused web apps for small businesses, from customer portals to internal tools and product prototypes.
When the same information keeps moving between inboxes, spreadsheets and business tools, there may be a better handoff. We connect workflows around a clear trigger, a useful result and the people who remain responsible.
Calculators, configurators, assessments and explorers, built like precision instruments: each one answers a real question, runs live in the browser and hands the visitor something worth keeping.

AI helps us explore and build. Thoughtful people give the work its direction.
We combine quick experimentation with considered design, code review and testing. Every project gets a clear scope, visible progress and a proper handover.
CURIOUS BY NATURE. CONSIDERED BY DESIGN.
01
Scoping
Align: confirm the audience, the problem, success measure, and first-version scope.
Choose the main user, the task they need to complete and what a useful result looks like. Then identify the content, data, permissions and connections that task requires. Kinetivy uses those decisions to define a written scope, acceptance criteria and exclusions before agreeing price or timing.
02
Prototyping
Shape: map the journey and review a working prototype.
A prototype can help explore an uncertain interaction. A working first release needs decisions about data, access and operating the product. We make that distinction explicit so that a demonstration is not mistaken for production software.
03
Delivery
Build: implement the experience, integrations, and agreed content.
Small, reviewable increments let you try the important journey while the product takes shape. Acceptance criteria describe what the release must do, and testing concentrates on the tasks and failure cases that matter to its users.
04
Testing
Launch: test mobile, accessibility, performance, and key failure states.
The agreed launch checks can cover forms, internal links, redirects, page metadata, crawlability and performance. Search foundations help search engines understand the pages; search visibility also depends on useful content and what happens after launch.
05
Handover
We agree the ownership, access, documentation and handover in your project scope.
Before launch, we agree deployment, access, documentation and ownership. We also identify who handles support, backups and future changes. Ongoing care can be scoped separately as the way people use the product becomes clearer.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Useful questions.
Do I need a website, a web app or an automation?+
Start with what needs to happen. A website explains your offer and helps visitors take a next step. A web app lets people complete a task, such as reviewing a request or managing information. An automation moves work between existing tools using agreed rules. A project may combine these, but the first scope should solve one clear problem.
Can I use the Project Blueprint without giving my email?+
Yes. Choose your goal, project ingredients and starting point, then edit and download your brief as a Markdown file. The Project Blueprint is free and needs no signup or email address. It is a planning document you can keep or share; it is not a quote or a delivery commitment.
