Your ideas.
Your information.
Kinetivy Private Limited operates kinetivy.com. This notice explains what happens to information when you explore the website, share a project or choose studio emails.
Who to contact
Email hello@kinetivy.com about your information, access, corrections, deletion or email preferences. Our business mailing address is Kinetivy Private Limited, 2nd Cross Rd, Venugopal Reddy Layout, Arekere, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India.
The Project Blueprint
Your planner answers and editable brief stay in the current browser page until you choose to send a project request. Downloading a blueprint creates a file on your device and does not send your answers to Kinetivy. Closing or refreshing the page clears the in-page draft. No email or marketing permission is needed for a download.
Project requests and replies
Submitting an enabled inquiry form shares your name, email, project note, edited blueprint and consent choices with Kinetivy. We use these to review and respond to your project. They are saved in a private database on our Hostinger server, accessible through authenticated operator access. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information in a brief.
A successful form response confirms that your request was saved. The email system separately processes a receipt and an alert to our monitored inbox. Email acceptance or a sent copy does not guarantee inbox delivery. Reply to hello@kinetivy.com to add context or request help.
Optional studio emails
The unchecked marketing choice is separate from permission to discuss your project. If selected, we send a subscription confirmation link. After you confirm, the sequence contains four practical emails over two weeks about websites, apps and workflows for small businesses. You can unsubscribe through any studio email. A recognized reply, an operator-recorded conversion or closure also stops scheduled follow-ups. We keep confirmation, preference and sending records to operate this flow and honor your choices.
We do not use email tracking pixels. Our mail integration uses Hostinger to send messages and check relevant replies and sent copies. A person handles project discussions, proposals and any decision to begin work.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures visits to known public pages and actions such as starting or downloading a blueprint and saving an inquiry. We do not send your name, email, message, blueprint, request reference, URL query parameters or fragments in those events. Automatic form measurement and advertising personalization are disabled.
When allowed, Google processes technical information such as device/browser information and an online identifier using analytics cookies. Google may process information outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy. The property uses a two-month event-data retention setting. You can decline or withdraw analytics through “Privacy choices” on the website. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. The website and downloads work when analytics is declined.
Technical information
Hostinger processes connection information to serve and protect the website. Rate limiting stores a keyed hash of the connection address, not the raw address, and removes inactive rate records during request-time cleanup. Infrastructure logs and backups may contain technical information. Subscription-action URLs are excluded from the site’s access logs and have no analytics. Fonts and illustrations are served from this website.
Access and retention
We review inactive project records after 12 months and remove information that is no longer needed, unless an ongoing project or another applicable obligation requires it. This is an operator-managed review; database records are not automatically erased on a fixed date. Private backups can retain earlier copies until they are removed. We retain a minimal suppression record to avoid re-enrolling an unsubscribed or invalid address. Ask hello@kinetivy.com if you would like your information reviewed or removed.
Changes to this notice
